Important Information from Hotel Sonnenhof

Short Stay?
For stays up to 4 nights we charge an additional €8 to €15 per person, per night. Minimum stay over Easter, Ascension, Whitsun, Christmas & New Year is 5 nights.

Arrival?
On the day of arrival your place in the sun is available from 15:00. On departure please vacate your room by 11:00.

3/4 gourmet pension
The 3/4 gourmet pension begins with the dinner at arrival and ends with the breakfast on departure.

Room with breakfast only?
We deduct the sum of €10.00 from the price of the ¾ board

Hotel Bill?
Can be paid in cash, with an EC card, Eurocard, MasterCard, or Visa. (Please check with your bank for details on how and where your card can be used abroad.)

Bus and Train Connections?
Are great! Get to Merano, Bolzano and excursion destinations easily!

Arriving by Train?
Is a good idea, we will happily pick you up from the train station in Merano or Naturns at no extra cost.

Dogs?
Are welcome at Sonnenhof, except in the public areas of the hotel and in the hotel gardens. We charge between €7 and €20 per night without food. Please bring dog baskets and blankets with you.

Early Departure?
You will be charged for the room for at least 3 nights.

Reservations?
Please appreciate that although the booking of room categories is possible, the booking of specific rooms or rooms on certain floors is not possible.

Cancellations?
Are only valid in written form. Up to 5 months before arrival you will not be charged for cancelling. For cancellations made less than 5 months before arrival you will be charged between 70% and 100% of the full value.

Tip: Travel Cancellation Insurance
Because anything can happen before the start of your holiday it is best to have cancellation insurance.
Should a booked stay be delayed or not cancelled in time, according to EU standards you may be charged a cancellation fee. In order to avoid you having to pay any fees we recommend that you take out our travel-cancellation insurance. It will be automatically sent with the booking confirmation details.

Parking?
We have a car park at the hotel which is locked up at night
Underground parking garage. € 12.00 per night

Forgotten Something?
We will happily send you any forgotten items by cash on delivery.

Should prices in the booking confirmation vary from those in the price list, the latter are always valid. With this price list all other prices lose their validity. Price changes, printing errors, general errors as well as offer changes reserved. Price offers can only be taken advantage of once per booking. We ask that you book package holiday offers in advance.
